Duchess von Cheviot is a petite 2 ½ year old German Shepherd. She is around 50 pounds; she looks like a German Shepherd puppy. She is absolutely exquisite. She was returned from a home after almost two years because the owner is going to England for a new job. Duchess is housebroken; she liked to get up on the bed and snuggle the other dog they had. The owner said they were like “two peas in a pod”. Duchess who answers to her new name Greta is in shock being back in a kennel. She is a princess, who can’t comprehend what just happened to her life. Duchess walks well on the leash and has some training. She needs a home with another dog. She probably will do better in a home with a woman. We can’t wait to see her go home!
